About us

For more than four decades, CBDP has been a catalyst of change in coastal Bangladesh—shaping communities where hope, dignity, and resilience define people’s lives. Our unique blend of youth-led innovation, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social accountability ensures that no one is left behind.

What we do

We work to build a future where inequality is replaced with opportunity, where marginalized voices are amplified, and where resilience becomes a shared reality.

We stands as a dynamic community-based development organization that empowers women and youth, strengthens social cohesion, and promotes entrepreneurship and resilience for sustainable and inclusive growth.

Projects

Under CBDP's Strategic goals and core Objectives in sustainable community-led development, we design, manage, and implement various sustainable impact creation initiatives with our resources, as well as in cooperation with UN bodies, INGOs, and numerous development agencies.
